When I first saw the name, I thought that Bulmers were doing bar snacks, but upon further inspection I realised that would just be silly.

We went there when it was Ivory Tiger, back last summer, and the food was alright. I have not been to Cosmo, but friends who were with me that have said that it was similar to that, but the food wasn’t quite as good, and the selection was narrower.

Gio’s is one of the last remaining independently owned restaurants in Cardiff city centre.

Sometimes I think that we neglect the outer areas of Cardiff, particularly the North which has some great restaurants, my favourite being Villagio’s in Whitchurch Village.
